Orders reach us

Your office forwards orders from WhatsApp, Viber or e-mail to a separate address. Or your customers send them to that address or through a link directly. Your number and e-mail stay the same.

We match every line to your price list

Each line gets your item code, name, quantity and unit. Typos, abbreviations and the words your customers actually use are taken into account.

You get a draft with flags

The draft arrives as a CSV or Excel file. Anything unclear is marked “check” with the exact question to ask the customer. Your office confirms it and imports the file.

What we promise and what we don't.

A person checks every draft.

The draft goes to your office, not straight into your software. Nothing enters your system until your staff confirm it.

Direct entry into your ERP only by agreement.

By default you get a CSV or Excel file in your software's import format. Writing directly into the system is possible, but only once we have agreed it with you in writing.

Where your data is processed.

Orders are read by AI models in the USA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep only what the work needs and delete your data on request.

Unclear lines are flagged, not guessed.

If an item, quantity or unit is not clear, the line is marked “check” with a question. Your office decides.

Short answers.

What changes for our customers?

Nothing. They keep writing to the same number and the same address, in their own words. Your office forwards the orders, and a separate address goes only to customers who want one.

Which formats do you read?

Messages from WhatsApp, Viber and SMS, e-mails, photos of handwritten or printed lists, PDF and Excel, and voice notes from WhatsApp.

Which languages?

The language your customers write in, including mixed messages and slang. Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Dutch, English and German are fine. You see how it works for your customers in the free sample.

What about data and GDPR?

We process orders on your behalf and sign a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Processing takes place in the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We delete your data on request and when we stop working together.

What if a line is read wrong?

Your office sees the draft before anything moves on, and unclear lines are already flagged. We add your corrections to the word list for your price list, so the same mistake does not come back. If fewer than 8 of 10 real orders are right in the first month, you get your money back.

We use Pantheon, Minimax or Odoo. Will it work?

Yes, through a file. You get CSV or Excel in the import format of your software, and your office loads it the way it loads other files today. Direct entry through the software's interface is possible by agreement.
