This Privacy Policy explains how personal data submitted through the website flefteam.com is collected and used. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we collect only the data you provide:
- your name;
- your contact details (email, WhatsApp or Telegram);
- your company name, a link to your business and your current website, if you provide them;
- the project type, the package or budget you choose and any message you write.
We do not use cookies for tracking and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics profiling on this website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer or a free draft and communicate with you about a possible project. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. How your request is handled
Form submissions are delivered to us as a private message through the Telegram messaging service. Telegram acts as a technical transmission channel; its handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy. Data is stored on our server only as long as needed to process your request.
5. Retention
We keep your enquiry only as long as necessary to respond and, if relevant, for the duration of our business relationship and any legal retention periods. After that, the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live, or with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), which supervises us.

This section informs you under Article 14 GDPR, because we obtained your e-mail address ourselves and not from you.

What data and where from
The business e-mail address of your company, the company name and the text published on your website about how you take orders. We took them from your company's public website (contact page or imprint). We find companies through public business listings and maps. If a name or job title is published next to the address, we may use it too. If you reply, we also process your reply.
Purpose
To offer your company our order intake service once, with at most two reminders in the same thread, and to handle your reply.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in direct marketing to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and recital 47). We write only to companies whose website says they take orders by message or e-mail, and only to business addresses.
How to object
Reply with the word “unsubscribe” (or “odjava” or “afmelden”). We stop at once and put the address on a do-not-contact list, so we never write to it again. You can object at any time, free of charge (Art. 21(2) GDPR).
Recipients and transfers
Our e-mail provider and the providers of the tools we use to send e-mails, translate replies and draft answers. Some of them process data in the USA; these transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you do not reply: up to 6 months after our last e-mail. If you reply: while we are in contact and up to 24 months after that. If you unsubscribe: only the address on the do-not-contact list, for as long as we send e-mails.
Automated decisions
A script selects companies by the public text on their website and prepares the e-mails; a person oversees the sending. We make no decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Complaint
You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
